Michael Ditchik

Michael Ditchik was born in New York. For his undergraduate education, Mr. Ditchik attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Ditchik graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 1987.

He began his career as a litigator with a thirty attorney firm in Manhattan. In early 1991, Mr. Ditchik took a position with a general practice firm and began working primarily in the areas of family law, personal injury and real estate.

Mr. Ditchik moved to Seattle in 1995. In January of 2000 Mr. Ditchik opened his own practice, limited to family law and related matters. From mid-2005 to February of 2009 Mr. Ditchik was a partner heading up the family law unit at Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC in Kent.  Mr. Ditchik went back into solo practice in February of 2009.

Mr. Ditchik has handled countless family law cases, from simple child support modifications to complex parenting plan modifications, paternity matters, third party custody cases and complex custody trials.  Mr. Ditchik dedicates himself to serving the needs of each client individually and personally, whatever the needs of the particular client might be.
